Yuri Korec & Co.: Not a Solo [KRE:Π 2019]

KRE:Π Festival and Yuri Korec & Co. bring a full-length solo performance called Not a Solo, which was presented as work-in-progress at the same festival in Záhrada - CNK exactly one year ago.

Yuri Korec – a renown Slovak contemporary performer, choreographer, dance teacher, and certified RolferTM – is currently presenting his newest performance. Its topic comes right out of the performer’s theoretical research at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. In the centre of the attention there is a frame of performative body as the ultimate communication medium - the frame going much further than the limited linearity of language codes.
