The diaries of HOW - workshop with Sonja Pregrad, a Croatian performer living and working in Berlin.

 

What is your dancing about?
What do you do when you dance?
How do you move the space?
How do you space your thinking?
How do you speak your dance?
How do you move your language?

 

We will work with the sensuality, sensitivity and sensibility of the body, shifting the weight and being in movement as reading of the space and time and as an articulation of expanded touch/being touched. We might arrive to play with some synesthesia and/or translation of materials/ideas from one medium to another (moving, speaking, writing, working with objects…).

Workshop is meant for professionals as well as for anyone interested in contemporary dance. It will be led in English.

Workshop is offered for free. The applicants interested in the whole 5 days of the workshop will be prioritized over those who want to participate in selected days only.
