The performance is inspired by the philosophical book Boundary Situations by Karl Jaspers, specifically about Death. It's about people getting in touch with their vulnerability and helplessness. They become aware of priorities more often. If we didn't turn away from these situations with fear, we might see loss as something that belongs to life. If we were less afraid of death and dying, we would be able to give more love to them. These are not big words, just ordinary closeness. Just presence.
