We are happy to announce that we will be "Tanečno" for the sixth year!
For the sixth time, a multi-genre dance festival will take place in Námestovo at Orava region, which is a celebration of dance and movement in all its forms.
6. Tanečno follows the last successful year, which took place for the first time in August. As in the past, a program consisting of performances, workshops and an accompanying program, which presents and brings together all forms of dance. We look forward to welcome unique personalities to Orava again who inspire the artistic community with their approach and innovation.
This year's ambition of the festival is to get closer to you. The performances will take place in several specific locations open to the public. All lovers of dance, movement and theater will choose from a wide range of workshops and the accompanying program will give you a closer look at different aspects of dance.
We want to spend more time with you - longer workshops, more performances, a richer program, but also the opportunity to just dance together, talk and enjoy summer days at the Orava lake. We believe that in this way we can build a community, but also show art to the public up close. Be sure to book all the dates, you won't be bored!
