An author, director, performer, and co-founder of The Afterthought company. She lives and works in Bratislava. She has worked at Divadlo elledanse, Štúdio 12, and Divadlo NUDE. With thirty productions to her credit, she transitions from drama to dance, movement, immersive, and site-specific performances. Her productions have been presented at festivals in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Malgot has received several awards with her production teams, including the Dosky 2015 award in the Discovery of the Year category, the Bratislava Audience Award at the New Drama 2019 festival for the production "Love You and Take Care", and the Bratislava Audience Award, the Student Jury Award, and the Special Jury Award at the New Drama 2022 festival for the production "The Field".
