Application for membership
I agree with the membership fee which was agreed on by the general assembly of PlaST. The membership fee is divided into three categories: 10+ €, 20+ €, 50+ €, more information about the membership categories can be found

Pursuant to Act no. 122/2013 of the Slovak Codex about the on the Protection of Personal Data as amended, I agree with the handling, processing and storage of personal data included in the application form of the Contemporary Dance Platform (PlaST) for the internal need of the association and for the purpose of sending information about the activities of the association to the e-mail address given.
